Over 20 years ago, we were born out of necessity. As a senior leader of a large claims paying operation, our Founder noticed a pattern when his staff would bring him checks paid to the company as reimbursement for overpayments. These occurrences prompted him to begin a study of transactional error in the insurance claims marketplace, eventually leading to the creation of the analytics that formed the genesis of our business.

We have grown into the largest provider of payment integrity services to the medicare supplement, dental and long term care insurance industries. We have identified and recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients.
